All orders placed with us are stored for purchase history tracking.
With this, we have implemented an unmanaged discount system that automatically awards a tier of discount to loyal customers based on their profiles total sales placed over a period of one year (365 days) back dated from the current day.
As well as backdated discount, the system also includes the current cart value in its calculation.
Please also be aware that the discount is not permanent and will be degraded as time passes by, through the same calculation of total sales which awarded it.
