Orders awaiting on payment

Should payment not be received within 7 days, your order/s will be cancelled.

Without payment, your allocated stock is not guaranteed to you

If two orders come in for an item that is locally stocked but only one is available, the order that received payment first will be processed first.

Payment of Orders

Your product/s will only be prepared/ allocated to be ordered once the funds have been received irrespective of the payment method utilized.

Payment via Bank EFT is a slower form of payment and should you not perform an instant transfer the order will only be validated upon payment receipt.

Payment via our 3rd party payment facility, PayFast will speed up this process as the funds reflect immediately.

We do not offer payment on delivery (COD) for any of our orders.

Refunds

Refunds of orders placed and paid via PayFast incur a processing fee of 5%

Payments done via EFT do not incur a refund fee and are recommended by us as the payment method for orders.

We will not be held liable for full refunds (including fees) for items ordered where the following:
Application is incorrect
A misunderstanding of the product use
Change in financial position
Change of heart
Cannot wait the indicated lead time for the import from the supplier

We will provide a refund in full only in the following circumstances:
Product is incorrect
Lost
Damaged
Failure to supply due to a fault of our own.
Original Lead time indicated by email has been extended

Preparation/ Processing Time of Orders

Locally Stocked Products

We carry some products locally and we dispatch them typically within 24Hrs from the time of order.

If in the rare occasion that there is a delay on a locally stocked product we will make contact with you via a call or email.

Internationally Stocked Products

If the product you are interested in requires to be imported, you notice that the product will have one of the following states:

"In Stock at our International Warehouse"

This refers to a product stocked at our international warehouse and is immediately available.

"Ordered Directly From Manufacturer"
This refers to a product not stocked at our international warehouse and will be ordered directly from the manufacturer.

If the product needs to be ordered directly from the manufacturer it is difficult to provide an exact lead time but it usually does not take more than an extra day or two.

If the delay from the manufacturer is longer than two days we will keep you informed of its progress via email.

Our Order Process (for international products)

We place orders once a week every Saturday and the preparation and processing at the international warehouse usually takes 2-3 days.

Most orders are dispatched from our international warehouse the following week on the Wednesday and it usually arrives 5 days later.

So that means if you ordered a product this week, it will arrive 7-10 days after the Saturday of the week your order was placed in.

Couriers/ Shipping and the insurance of the shipment

Performance Products SA cannot accept any responsibility for any damage to goods, delays, inconvenience or theft during transit.

Our Couriers are 3rd parties (not in house) and therefore we cannot be held liable for any unfortunate event that might occur during transit.

We do opt for shipment protection on all of our orders (insurance) and we will mediate a claim should an unfortunate incident occur.

If you feel that your parcel is not safe with our couriers you may personally collect in store or you may arrange collection with your own booked courier.

Wrongly Ordered Items and Refunds

Internationally Sourced Products

Products that are mistakenly ordered from our international warehouse are returnable under certain circumstances:

Popularity - If the product is utilized on a platform we deem is not popular (including unique/ custom products) for resale we have the right to refuse a refund.

Price - If the products cost exceeds more than certain value that we will invest capital into we have the right to refuse a refund.

Other conditions - We will consider in cases where a product is not deemed popular and/or the price is too high to invest capital into that the customer be quoted the return costs (shipping, customs, handling) to our international warehouse and only if the warehouse agrees to a return.

Locally Sourced Products

Products that are mistakenly ordered from local suppliers are returnable under certain circumstances:

Popularity - If the product is utilized on a platform we deem is not popular (including unique/ custom products) for resale we have the right to refuse a refund.

Price - If the products cost exceeds more than certain value that we will invest capital into we have the right to refuse a refund.

Other conditions - We will consider in cases where a product is not deemed popular and/or the price is too high to invest capital into that the customer be quoted the return costs (shipping and handling) to our local supplier and only if the local supplier agrees to a return.

Privacy Policy

We use the Facebook API to collect information from your Facebook profile for log in purposes and account creation only

This information is your Name, Surname, email address and your Facebook password for fast authentication to our site

Your collected password is MD5 encrypted in our database and not accessible for us or the outside world to view and is used purely to speed up your logging in to the site.

If you wish to have this data collected from Facebook deleted or not stored locally on our platform you can contact us via info@performanceproducts.co.za with an alternative email address and we will send you a password reset link which can be altered from your facebook log in information.

This information provided will delete your stored Facebook credentials and you will need to log in manually from there onwards.
