Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 24-48Hrs after receipt of payment and are shipped via the courier chosen during checkout.
We do not currently offer insurance on our parcels, if you require this please call us prior to dispatch.
Parcels do not usually go missing, but there is always a possibility.
Please note that this is part of our disclaimer that we cannot be held liable for lost parcels.
We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for the negligence of our carriers/ couriers you have chosen.
We do however at no cost to you bubble and paper wrap all products of your order to keep them safe.
Wrongly ordered items and returns
We accept returns but they will be subject to inspection and they must be in a new and unused state to be able to be resold.
Sealed boxes with broken/torn tamperproof tabs will unfortunately not be accepted.
All returns will be subjected to a 3 day inspection period before a refund will be done.
